What is included

Aerial silks introductory & beginner training

  • 12-hours of aerial silks class with Aléna, your certified aerial silks coach.

  • Explore the foundations of aerial silk, including climbs, foot locks, wraps, poses, and more - no experience required!

  • Health coverage provided during aerial silks classes.
